UPDATE ON BREAD OF LIFE - June 2020
Bread of Life is celebrating mass according to our regular schedule. Here's some details:
+ If you or a member of your household is ill, stay home and join us for on-line worship.
+ We are live-streaming according to our regular schedule, Sundays at 9:45 a.m. and Wednesdays at Noon. Live streaming of masses is now a permanent practice at BOL. Information about watching services is on the front page of the BOL web site.
+ You may attend mass. Social distancing practices will be in place, and communion will be distributed in individual vessels. Instructions will be given at each mass with regards to receiving the Body and Blood.
+ Wash hands, use hand sanitizer, and wear a mask if you like while attending mass.
+ You may not be able to sit in your "usual" spot. Pews will be separated to allow for a lot of space between attendees
+ The usual passing of the Peace will be eliminated at services. Waves, nods, the 60's "Peace Sign" will become the new norm. Please, no hugs or walking around the sanctuary.
+ Bible Study and Coffee service are suspended for now. Come only for mass, and then be on your way!
AGAIN, Thanks to all who mailed in checks over the last few weeks. Your continued support is greatly appreciated and a tremendous blessing to the Parish. Your faithful giving is critical to the ongoing life of this parish!
I will continue to be at the church Saturday mornings from 9:30-11:00 a.m., and on Wednesdays from 11:00 a.m. until after the Noon mass to restock home communion kits as necessary. I am frequently at the church during the week also. We can also set up an appointment if those times don't work. Please bring your containers back and I will restock.
Finally, know that I am praying for each one of you, and I appreciate your prayers as well. As we have said before, if there is a way that Deacon Ralph or I can be of service to you, let me know.
- Liturgy for the Pre-Born is normally at 9 am the second Saturday of every monthbut is suspended at this time. Please pray for an end to abortion.
